2. Eligibility & Registration
Who Can Sell?
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid bank account & PAN card
- Must provide KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Bank details)
- Businesses must have GST registration (within 30 days of registration)
Registration Process
- Submit registration form with required documents
- Wait for admin approval (24-48 hours)
- Upon approval, receive your Seller ID and Dashboard access
- Login and start listing your products instantly

πΈ 3. Product Listing Guidelines
Product Quality Standards
- Products must be authentic, genuine, and as described
- No counterfeit, duplicate, or imitation items
- Products must meet all applicable safety standards
- Clear, honest, and detailed product descriptions
Product Images
- High-quality images (minimum 500x500 pixels, recommended 1000x1000)
- Main image must show the actual product clearly
- No watermarks, promotional text, or brand logos on images
- Up to 8 images per product from different angles
Product Categories
- Select the most accurate category for your product
- Do not list products in wrong categories to gain visibility
- Request new categories via seller support if needed

Pricing Policy

- Price must include all taxes and charges

Order Processing
- Confirm orders within 24 hours of receiving them
- Pack products safely, securely, and in clean packaging
- Include a printed invoice in every package
- Keep the customer updated about order status
Delivery Timeline
- Local delivery: 2-4 hours
- Same day delivery: Order before 2 PM
- Next day delivery: Order after 2 PM
- Outstation delivery: 2-5 business days
π 6. Delivery & Shipping
Seller Responsibilities
- Package products securely with adequate cushioning
- Hand over to delivery partner on time
- Provide accurate and complete pickup address
- Keep products ready for scheduled pickup
Delivery Partner Process
- Delivery partner will show the order bill for verification
- Handover the products after verification
- Get signature/acknowledgment from delivery partner
- Take a photo of the package for record keeping

π³ 7. Payments & Withdrawals
Payment Cycle
- Payments are processed on a weekly basis
- Only delivered orders are eligible for payment
- Minimum withdrawal amount: βΉ500
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after request
Bank Details
- Must provide a valid and active bank account
- UPI ID can also be used for faster payments
- Update your bank details immediately if changed
π 8. Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Seller is responsible for arranging pickup
- Refund is processed after quality inspection
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund issued via the same payment method used
- Platform commission will be refunded to the seller

- β Weapons, ammunition, or explosive materials
- β Drugs, narcotics, or any related substances
- β Tobacco, alcohol, or related products
- β Adult content, services, or related items
- β Stolen or illegally obtained goods
- β Items violating intellectual property rights
- β Products that do not meet safety standards
β οΈ Strict Action: Selling prohibited items will lead to immediate account suspension and legal action.
β 11. Account Suspension & Termination
Reasons for Suspension
- Violation of any seller policy or terms
- Selling fake, counterfeit, or prohibited products
- Multiple customer complaints or negative feedback
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Non-payment of platform fees or dues
- Failure to provide GST number within 30 days of registration
Appeal Process
- Submit a written appeal through seller support
- Provide all necessary evidence to support your case
- Admin will review your appeal within 7 business days
- Decision will be communicated via email and dashboard
